The Putnam History Museum promotes a workplace and public space of inclusion and diversity and prohibits discrimination, retaliation, and unlawful harassment.

The PHM is open to all persons as employees, guests, volunteers, visitors and leaders of the organization without regard to age, race, color, creed, religion, ethnicity or national origin, disability or handicap, sex, gender (including gender identity), pregnancy, marital or partnership status, sexual orientation, military or veteran status, alienage or citizenship status or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state or local laws.

There is no tolerance for discrimination of any kind at the Putnam History Museum.
