World’s End Kayak Tour
Join HRE and special guest guides from the Putnam History Museum for an unforgettable kayak tour from Cold Spring to World’s End, nestled between Constitution Island and West Point. As we paddle, we’ll cover everything from long ago geological history, Cold Spring’s life as a 19th century industrial town, the strategic importance of World’s End during the Revolutionary War, to Constitution Island’s uses as an Indigenous camp and later home of two prolific 19th century female writers.
