Please join us on Saturday, September 18th, from 4 pm until sunset, for cool drinks & canapés amidst river views at the beautifully restored William Kemble Home (1826). Every detail has been considered in this pristine restoration by homeowners Marianne Sutton and David Watson.
The afternoon’s festivities will include guided house tours, a visit from President Abraham Lincoln, and historical entertainment. You will learn about the life and times of William Kemble, one of the founders of the West Point Foundry in the early 19th century. Enjoy the grounds of this beautiful home, and take a walk back through time by experiencing a bit of gracious living rooted in the 1800s.
Guests of the Lawn Party must provide proof of vaccination.
Period attire is encouraged, but not required.

Winner need not be present to win. The final drawing will be held at 6:30 pm on Saturday, September 18, 2021. Final trip details will be determined between the winner and Marianne Sutton & David Watson, and pending any Covid-19 restrictions.

This event will be held rain or shine. All party plans and activities are subject to change due to the CDC and NYS Health Department’s COVID-19 safety recommendations. Interior house tours will be restricted to vaccinated attendees.
